The "Application and Budget Planning" session, aimed at institutions and organizations planning to apply to the EIT Higher Education Initiative (EIT HEI) Call for Proposals 2025, will be held online on Monday, January 19, 2026, from 15:00 to 16:30 (CET)!

During the 90-minute session, general principles and practical guidance will be shared on topics such as:

How to prepare a project proposal with a high chance of success,

How to ensure effective division of labor and coordination with consortium partners,

How to design a realistic and balanced budget that aligns with project objectives.

The session will also focus on topics such as structuring the consortium to support project objectives, linking budget items to project activities, and strategically allocating resources.
