At this prestigious event, Prof. Dr. Caner Özdemir was honored by being invited to deliver a Plenary Talk titled "Target Characterization Using Polarimetric Inverse Synthetic Aperture Radar." Prof. Özdemir successfully presented his Plenary Talk on Polarimetric ISAR imaging at the conference.
